PSA JAKL Enhanced Charging Handle Cover

Enhanced the existing PSA JAKL Knurled Charging Handle by offering an extremely heat resilient polymer (up to 380 degrees Fahrenheit!) This handle further extends the purchase grip by 6mm, and overall diameter by about 4mm. Added finger grooves allows great grip as well as a raised edge to prevent finger pinching while charging.
