Why Laser Weld?
For the longest time the ZCI 9 tooth bevel gear has been a favorite among UA technicians as a cost effective alternative to Siegeteks. The only failures we have encountered from these gears are splitting failures. To solve this, we have laser welded these gears so that splitting failures are impossible and making these gears virtually indestructible in even the highest performing AEG builds.
